Ps: Each step is from top to bottom.
To begin with, first open your CS4
due to I'm using Mac,
so it slightly different from Windows.
But the steps and ways of it functions still remain.
Firstly, select File > New
it will pops out a box to select which forms you want.
Choose "International paper"in "A4" size.
Click "Ok".
Right after clicking "Ok".
It will present in a paper form.
However, it is in "Portrait" form.
We want it in "Landscape" form.
First, go to "Image".
Under "Image Rotation".
Choose "90 CW".
Click it.
Then it will present a Landscape form.
